With 360 degree views from Jervis Bay to Didthul (Pigeon House) Mountain, we're only 10 mins from Milton Village and 15 mins from Mollymook Beach. 🌿 New to Stayz, we've only offered our property 8 times - and have 8 x 5-star reviews from the other platform! 🌿 Immersed in 25 acres of lush forest, get cosy by the open fire, lounge by the pool or one of the 3 indoor sitting areas in the open-plan space. Watch the ever-changing light and colours outside.🌿 Little Forest Farm is perched at the top of 25 acres. We manage about 5 and the rest is protected native rainforest. A full-time 'hobby' farm, we have pet miniature horses, chooks and ducks. Immersed in nature, this home feels like a private retreat with space for families, couples and friends. Absolute privacy - no neighbours, just breathtaking private views from picture windows in every single room. 🌿 Too hot, too cold, too windy, too shady - we have you covered with inside dining for 8 and 2 alternative outdoor eating areas that each seat 8. Three double bedrooms (1 with ensuite bathroom and private sunroom) - Super King, King, Queen and Single bed options. Two bedrooms have sliding glass doors which open to the garden. Reverse cycle heating/cooling in living spaces and Bedroom 1, electric heaters and ceiling fans in all rooms. The open plan layout allows us to move the furniture to suit the seasons, while that bathtub is a winner all year round. 🌿 With bushwalks, great surf, golf courses, Cupitt's winery, pubs, markets, restaurants, theatre and a village atmosphere close by - this will suit everyone. Whether you choose to explore everything Milton and surrounds has to offer, or relax in the garden, by the mineral pool or wood fire, Little Forest Farm provides an affordable escape. Work or play with dependable high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, library, puzzles, and games. Enjoy the use of our well-stocked kitchen - help yourself to staple ingredients, oils, herbs and appliances. No 4WD required - sealed road to the front door, concrete parking and carport, charging access for electric vehicles. 🌿 We collect rainwater for all our water, have composting systems for food and other waste and tread as lightly as we can on this stunning Yuin Country in the Shoalhaven. * Enter via secure electric gate (remote supplied) and the entire home, gardens and 5 acres will be yours during your stay, plus farm animals on request. 🌿 Option A - House: We visit the animal paddock (200m from house) morning and evening to collect eggs and tend the animals. Option B - House & Farm Animals: On request and induction, our guests are welcome to enjoy the full-farm experience: letting chickens and ducks out, collecting fresh eggs, petting horses, feeding and putting all animals away before dark. We won't be far away so if you change your mind (or it's raining heavily and no fun!) we can switch to Option A and take over animals on short notice). 🌿 Your Pets are welcome too, on application. The property is fully-fenced and we have a 50-metre grassed area at the back of the house where we leave our dog when we need to leave her behind. We ask that pets stay off the furniture or please use the couch covers provided.
Numbers: While we could easily host 8-10 guests, we've capped it to 6. This is our home (not an investment or party property) and we're happy to share it with small groups only. 🌿 Events and shoots: Please send an enquiry. 🌿 Whichever option you choose - 'House' or 'House & Farm Animals', the amount of interaction we offer is up to you. Once we show you around we offer absolute privacy during your stay.
