Inside, the open-concept main floor is bathed in natural light, featuring a beautifully appointed living room with designer furnishings, high-end finishes, and serene estuary views. The space flows effortlessly into a large dining area with seating for your entire group, making it easy to gather for meals, games, or long evening chats. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need—from top-tier appliances to thoughtful touches—perfect for creating memorable meals together.



The home offers four spacious bedrooms: a luxurious master suite with a king bed and spa-like ensuite, a queen bedroom with a private ensuite, and two hidden queen bedrooms cleverly tucked behind bookshelf doors, creating a unique and private retreat. A full bathroom is also located on the main floor for the two hidden queen rooms to share. Spacious, clean, comfortable, modern beach house with exceptionally well–equipped gourmet kitchen.Peaceful/relaxing and oh..that spectacular view!Had a wonderful time with our family of four but could easily accommodate more than twice that many.We especially enjoyed the screened-in decks with the provided binoculars for bird/wildlife watching.Alex was a good host and we would gladly stay there again without hesitation!
