Gated Waterway Community has a grill area and gazebo overlooking the waterway. Less than a 5 minute drive to the beach and many things that the Strand has to offer. Beautifully updated and cozy, perfect for your vacation! Must be 21 years of age to rent this property. *Outdoor security camera on property

Perfect space for YOU. 1br/1ba - King bed and sleeper sofa. Full kitchen, breakfast bar, washer, dryer in the unit, Screened in porch. Cable TV & Internet.

Check in packet and gate card at Eagle Beach Rentals 1007 Sea Mountain Hwy North Myrtle Beach SC 29582 after hours from lock box.

The Neighborhood:
Gated Waterway Community with two community pool & fitness center. Less than minutes to the beach. No feeding the wildlife, ducks, etc.

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft.
