Welcome to this first floor, newly renovated, large efficiency condo at Cypress Bay in Little River, SC, perfect for your next vacation or business trip. This condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, sleeps up to two guests in a queen bed and has a separate office area with desk, and also a large, screened porch overlooking green space for relaxation. Enjoy the portable projector and screen for entertainment or work purposes. There is a community pool and hot tub and parking is free and right in front of the unit. With so many entertainment attractions, dining options and golf courses in the area, there will always be something to do.
Little River is a quaint fishing village close to the intracoastal waterway - about ten to fifteen minutes from the North Myrtle Beach and Cherry Grove beaches, and 25 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Little River is known for its World Famous Blue Crab
Festival (May each year) with lots of seafood, music, and arts and crafts, and the Little River ShrimpFest held each year in October.

This Cypress Bay efficiency condo is in close proximity to the beach and intracoastal waterway, and only a 30-minute drive to the attractions in central Myrtle Beach, Broadway At The Beach (a large entertainment and dining complex), Myrtle Beach Convention Center, and just a short drive to the Boardwalk and SkyWheel. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more!
It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 25 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 25 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.
