This charming pet and family-friendly house is located just blocks away from the State Capitol and some of the country's top hospitals including UAMS, Children's Hospital, Baptist Hospital and St. Vincent Hospital. With easy access to I-630, you are just minutes away from the Clinton Library, Museum of Discovery, Arkansas Arts Museum and Little Rock Zoo.
Accommodations for up to 10 guests depending on reservation. Price based on the numbers of guests. Ideal for business travelers, couples and families. Originally built in 1935, the cottage was renovated in 2009. The original architecture was maintained and modern conveniences were added such as stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, cable, flat screen TVs, gas fireplace, internet accessibility, and a security system. Other features include central heat and air, an open floor plan, and hardwood floors. The house also offers a cozy electric fireplace and two covered porches.
