Motel, not Hotel - Definite difference

This is a exterior hall entry, motel. The exterior is in rough shape and clearly several persons at times loiter outside on the stairs and common areas as there are beer cans and cigarette butts. You can park close to room. The rooms somewhat redone at some point but dim, dated and worn in some places.

The ladies taking care of the breakfast had a fantastic attitude and stayed on top of everything. 1st room we went to smelled like an ashtray. 2nd room was in better condition but matresses were terrible. Ive stayed here several times before and never had any of those issues.
