No working water next door ppl said it was going to be off for two weeks she never mentioned it not once the floor was separated from the wall big roof stains over the shower it’s in a alley whole experience was inconvenient an unpleasant

This property is located in a terrible area, I did not do enough research on location. Upon arrival the smell of mildew was very strong. I didn’t even take my hanging clothes inside due to the smell. There are zero dishes, not even a coffee cup, paper plates or plastic silverware. There was one bath towel and it was wet when I arrived. I ended up driving home 2 and 1/2 hours instead of staying. There are a lot of questionable people hanging out up and down the street that made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

This is the worst experience I have ever had renting a place to stay. The area made me feel unsafe, due to yelling in the streets, the property not being marked (no numbers on the house), and unclear directions for entry (I was told through the front ring doorbell that my entry was in the back). The main reason why I didn’t even stay and immediately got into my truck and left was because I was afraid the people who were yelling were coming towards me and I didn’t want to stay. Very unsafe area. Not sure how these places are even available to rent out.
