We got to the hotel after traveling all day and my 6 year old needed to use the bathroom immediately. The lobby restrooms were locked and they wouldn’t let him use the restroom. I have no idea why, but she made us check in and go to our room to use the restroom. The blanket for the pull out was worn out and stained and the carpet needed to be vacuumed. The lobby looked nice enough, but not being able to use the restroom or the staff caring at all that there is a six year old jumping up and down because he has to go to the bathroom seemed pretty inexcusable to me.

Ok but just ok

This hotel goes up and down but they are doing better since covid. Cheap and few pillows in the room but it was clean. Mattresses are like rocks and the pullout was unbelievably uncomfortable to sleep on. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options, and the bar is back to serving drinks in real glassware which is nice compared to our last stay in 2022

Overall the hotel room was pretty clean and our stay was OK. However, The bedding was old and was stale smelling. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Our toilet would not flush properly.

Property was nice, hotel was clean and kept up. The room had stains on the floor, safe broken, toilet paper holder broken, a bottle of pills and vaseline was found in the night stand. Breakfast was great with the omlet station.

I liked that there was a chef making omelets, but I wish there had been more breakfast options like waffles instead of their flimsy pancakes, and the omelets were just ok. I also didn’t like having to request a new room, as the first one we had booked smelled like cigar smoke, despite this being a smoke-free facility. The house keeping person who came in our room didn’t do a good job of cleaning, they left a trash bin full, they didn’t fix the bed, and they left the new towels by the tv instead of stocking them back in the restroom. It was disappointing having to come back to our room and seeing it was still the same. Overall, the staff at this location didn’t seem the friendliest. They weren’t rude, but they also weren't nice. We were expecting a little more from Hilton. I don’t think we got much value for our money, unfortunately.

It was great, overall. The shower was super cold. They comped our parking, but after paying $170 for a room, parking should be free! Very nice hotel though!

It’s just okay. Not as clean as I would have liked, but because we only stayed one night, it was fine. It was a good hotel for what we paid. I will say the made to order omelette bar was wonderful!
