It was horrible. The room was stinky. There were burn marks on the bed. The towels had black curly hairs embedded in them. Just sheets, no actual blanket. Some stuff that looked like blood dripping on the walls. They claim they have a continental breakfast, the lobby looks horrible and there is no food, just gross looking coffee. Im going to try to upload all the photos I have, if I can.

Trash overfilled in walkways roaches in rooms had to check out three rooms problems with all of them. I was getting my belongings out the room and the cleaning lady tried rushing me although i still had time we remaining. That was a bad experience compared to my other hotel stays

Even for a cheap motel, it is bad

The room was in in pretty poor condition with laminate flooring complete destroyed, hot and cold reversed on the sink, refrigerator that could barely open because of the damaged floors. And tons of cockroaches.

The only good thing was the night staff that tried to accommodate all the wrong things with the room. There were holes in the wall, headboard was ripped off the wall, the door had been kicked in, there were roaches around the AC.

After I got checked in and given my room key, I proceeded to the room they assigned. I reserved a king size single bed smoking, but that wasn’t what I got. I chose this hotel because I was looking to relax in the pool, however that couldn’t happen because it was empty and not working. There were holes in the walls of the room. The safety locks that are found inside the room were nonexistent. The faucet in the bathtub ran constantly all night. The toilet seat was detached, only the lid was there. Needless to say, my experience was horrible and I won’t stay at Magnuson Hotel ever again. The photos they have posted on these sites are lies. This is a hotel that I would not recommend to anyone.

Horrible

Website showed a totally different hotel. Room smelled horrible and very chemically. No proper blanket. The blanket looked like a curtain. The breakfast was cereal and bread. There were no other options. My kids didn’t even want to eat. The only milk option was skim milk. The pool was closed and broken. Just overall a horrible stay and will not be booking this hotel again.
