Great Staff

The housekeeping staff were working double time to get rooms cleaned for arriving guests. We had an issue with our room keep and staff quickly fixed the issue and moved us to a different room. When moving I accidentally left an item. When we returned to our new room my item had been left at my door. That was an amazing treat that they returned this item to me.

I will not be staying again. I had a room next to a storage room and noise started abouot 5 am of people going in and out of the storage area. I was in town for a night of rest that I DID NOT get. I could only find 2 plug ins that my cell phone would connect to, the coffee maker was a joke, took a long time to spit out about an inch of water.

It’s a “Classic” hotel. 2 stories but big. Gym is ok(-) and there is carpet in aisle. There is no choice when you take a bath, it’s hot (not warm) water or hot water. As usually happens with magnetic cards, you have to go to front desk to re- program. Bar is good and closes late.
