Relax and unwind in this adorable cottage, ideal for your weekend getaway! Tucked back in the woods, yet just minutes from the village of Ellicottville and ski slopes at Holiday Valley and Holimont- it doesn't get much better than this. This quaint 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home offers an open, simple layout with all of the comforts from home. Bedroom 1 features a queen bed as well as access to the second level porch overlooking the natural surrounding scenery. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a queen bed, and bedroom 3 is set up with 2 sets of bunk beds. This home is also equipped with a cozy wood burning stove, perfect for warming up after a day of skiing. Come stay at your home away from home! Please note that during winter, it's advisable to use four-wheel-drive vehicles for driveway access.
