Tucked away in the peaceful village of Lyminster, this stylish two-bedroom, 1.5-bath holiday retreat is the perfect base for exploring the beauty of West Sussex. Set on the grounds of the owners’ residence, the property is all on one level, making it a convenient and comfortable choice for couples, friends or small families. Bright and airy interiors throughout create a welcoming space to relax and unwind after a day of adventure.

We will be available to assist throughout your stay but we do not live on site at the property. Should you have any special requests, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

Lyminster is a charming village in West Sussex, nestled just outside the historic town of Arundel and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Being only a short drive from both the South Downs National Park and the West Sussex Coast, Lyminster makes an ideal base for exploring both, as well as nearby attractions such as Arundel Castle and the bustling seaside town of Littlehampton.

Access to the property is via a smartlock system, giving convenience to arrive whenever suits you. Instructions will be sent 48 hours prior to your stay.

Train: The closest station is Arundel with direct services from London Victoria, Gatwick Airport, and other locations. Once you arrive in Arundel, you will need to use local bus services or other modes of transportation to reach the property.

Bus: There are bus services connecting you to nearby towns and villages, the number 9 bus has stops along the road outside.

Car: If you have access to a car, you can drive to Lyminster and then use the free parking onsite.
