The jewel in the crown is the enclosed private back garden which is long with ample space for bikes. Beach 100 yards. Shop,amusements,harbour,pubs, cafes and restaurants all within few minutes walking distance.Within five-minute walk along the seafront is a ‘wave’ indoor swimming and gym complex, as well as par 3 gold course open to the public.

The space
Walk through the front door to a wide hallway where you are greeted with a generous living room featuring a couple of sofa beds that can accommodate up to 3 additional guests. The dining room makes great use of the space and can easily accommodate a family. The bedroom is spacious and has been decorated to a high standard, giving you a real home from home feel. The kitchen and bathroom are located at the back of the apartment and are both very modern and accommodating. The real jewel in the crown is the enclosed back garden which is long and has ample space for bikes. This area is a complete sun trap and offers a place to relax and enjoy all that the south coast has to offer, after a busy day spent at the nearby beach, which is located directly outside the front door and across the road.
