The property needs an upgrade .. the pool area was just ok.. we booked for the indoor pool but it was freezing cold. No one came to clean the pool area the 2 days we were there… the first room we were booked into wasn’t clean enough,so I requested a change. The 2nd room was better.

The pool was closed on my visit so the primary amenity wasn’t available. The room was in good condition but had a very small shower. The Front Desk manager was excellent

Good breakfast & fitness room. Large room, but a little grimy by the “closet” area, and shower curtain had a tear in it. Pool was freezing cold. I asked for a quiet room, but received one facing the freeway and there was quite a bit of traffic noise starting at 5:30am.

Good enough!

The only downside was that the airconditioner wasn't able to keep up with the heat in the room. Room remained uncomfortably warm even at the lowest temperature setting and highest fan speed. Overall, though, good for the price.

I was first given room 111. Rug was unfortunately very damp on arrival and after going back up to front reception was given an upgraded room #104 that turned out nicely as originally expected. The only downfall is that the adjacent elevator next door makes compressor noises as it goes up and down. The real reason I gave you good to excellent marks was your staff. Very attentive with the larger room upgrade. Parry the night reception check- in host responded well after my complaint. Kudos. Also, I must mention the breakfast staff attendant / chef was terrific and super pleasant. She was very attentive and friendly smile with a clean service area and a great selection. The only other area to be given a lower mark would be the jacuzzi jets needed to be improved. Clean, hot and bubbly but no nozzle force for the feets!l Great tub and pool though. Will be back through and I will next request room #109 away from the elevator. A little more improvement and perhaps more landscaping / trees would really make you stand out from everyone else! Worse hotel i have ever been at we went to the pool area and there was a couple having sex in the hot tub n my 6 year old seen them as well amd the lady had a fish net shirt with nothing under so yeah u can see everything also the room across from us had a dog barking all night so i will never ever reserve a room here or la quinta
