I booked this property because of its high ratings but to my surprise, this property is no where near the 8.2 rating (in Expedia). The rooms are in poor condition, the cleanliness is by far lacking, the furnitures are chipped or broken, the bathrooms were filthy and smelled like urine, leaking bathroom ceiling, dirty towels and dirty pillows, broken / ripped window screen - unsafe (3rd floor), the hallway and guest elevator were dirty, both smelled unpleasant and to top it all off, dead cockroaches in the room. Completely unacceptable, the reviews and their photos are very deceiving. The main jacuzzi on the bottom floor is unbelievably filthy with murky water, not to mention, a large squirrel (appears to be one) climbing up their building outside walls. Totally weird and unsanitary.

Reasonable price for an exceptional stay

It was very clean, very spacious, the tv was amazingly bright. The bathroom was also very spacious and the breakfast was very convenient and suitable. There was a deposit of 100$ but that was soon understandable based on the quality of the room and the cleanliness of the whole facility.

Horrible check in experience. Hotels.com and the hotel didn't communicate regarding our reservation. It was 1230am when we arrived to check into the hotel only to find out that the hotel couldn't see our reservation. Hotels.com couldn't do anything about it and had to cancel our reservation.
