3 bed apt, close to Baltic Triangle and Docks

My place is just on the fringe of Liverpool City Centre on a historic boulevard Princes Avenue which as an amazing history. It's a middle floor refurbished apartment in a Victorian townhouse. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings and being close to the city and near some gorgeous parks. It's a really flexible space and have rented to couples, business travellers and big groups. For really big groups you can pair this apartment with the one upstairs which sleeps up to 8 people (14)
The space
Lots of guests have enjoyed the this property because its very close to town, but close enough away if you don't want the noise but you want the convenience. 5 mins in a cab or a nice walk through the Georgian Quarter. Close to the Docks and Baltic Triangle (Camp and Furnace) for people attending events there.
Guest access
You have use of the full apartment in a end of terrace Victorian townhouse. It's on the middle floor. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding access.
Other things to note
Parking - free street parking right outside the building, always loads of spaces and no restrictions.

Be aware - GPS (Maps, Apple) will take you the correct way -however Park Way has a school in the middle of the road - so you would want to enter from Princes Avenue end of Park Way - as the school blocks the road.
