Meaning, you get the benefits of being super central and local whilst being nestled in a quiet residential area.
Peace and quiet? No problem.
The Space:
We're a great choice for couples, friends or working professionals looking to explore the area or visit relatives.
Our apartments are described by our guests' as "bright and airy, very modern & clean, spacious and very comfortable".

They come equipped with all of the essentials you'll need to make this your home away from home.
You'll have:
- A smart TV to relax after a day's sightseeing.
- Strong wiFi so you'll not eat up all of your data!
- A hot shower & heating - (as you'd expect - though you'd be surprised).
- A kitchen to whip up some of your favourite dishes.
Southport Rail Station is less than a 10-minute walk away and provides 45-minute rail connections to Liverpool.

We do have space for 2x vehicles to be parked on our driveway though we cannot guarantee or reserve any spaces unfortunately as they’ll be subject to demand based upon how many guests have vehicles.
If our parking spaces are occupied when you arrive, there’s still hope…
Simply input our address (10 Victoria St, Southport) along with your length of stay & it’ll give you the best options in the nearby area, sometimes even free!
We recommend the Floral Hall car-park which is £4.50 for 24hrs.
Other Things to Note:
The property welcomes pets for an additional fee of £50 per pet, per stay, and an increased deposit. Please make us aware before your arrival if you are bringing a pet, and we will collect the additional fee before check-in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
For security reasons:
We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
