This spacious and contemporary 1 bedroom apartment is set within a modern development in Liverpool city centre and sleeps up to 3 guests with use of the sofa bed. Situated in an enviable location, close to all of Liverpool's attractions, the apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen/open plan living area, comfortable double bedroom, modern bathroom, WiFi throughout and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city.
The Space:
This stylish interior has been finished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings and modern appliances. The open plan living space is made up of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed made up with crisp hotel linen, as well as storage space for clothes. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There are paid laundry facilities in the common space.
The sofa in the living room also turns into a bed for 1 person if you should need it (please select 3 guests when booking and request sofa bed before arrival)

Points of interest within walking distance include; Matthew Street - home to the City’s famous music venue the Cavern Club and a host of other bars and clubs, Liverpool One Shopping centre, the Liver Building, the Beatles Statue and the Royal Albert Dock - Home to a host of Galleries and Museums, including the Beatles Museum, as well as cafes, bars and restaurants overlooking the docks.
Getting Around:
As mentioned, most major attractions are within walking distance, however there are also a number of bus routes servicing the road around the corner from the building. Liverpool Central Train Station is just 5 minutes walk away.
