Welcome!
My home is situated in a relatively quiet and safe residential neighbourhood of Anfield, just 12-minutes by car away from Liverpool city centre, and is within the distance of two major football clubs: Everton FC at Goodison Park, and Liverpool FC at Anfield Stadium!
Recently refurbished to have all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay in Liverpool: you'll find the inside is extremely spacious despite its deceptively diminutive exterior. My home is ideally suited for small families of four, or a group of friends, and it features lots of light colours and Scandi-influenced furnishings to help make the space feel more bright and airy. This includes a living area with plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV with Netflix (and other video-playing apps) integration, and a sound bar with a bass deep sub-woofer to help make your favourite shows feel more immersive! A kitchen has all the mod-cons needed to whip up a meal -- you'll also find the washing machine/dryer combo here, as well, if you ever need to freshen up your clothes without having to pop by the local laundromat. And lastly, a small dining table that can comfortably fit four. Out back, there's a back courtyard for you to enjoy, especially during the British Summertime.
There are two bedrooms and both of them are located upstairs. Both come equipped with double/full-sized beds lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest, along with dimmable-bedside lamps and dark-out blinders as well. They also both come equipped with wardrobes to conveniently store your personal belongings, and a hairdryer as well! The bathroom has all the basics and a bath for you to freely soak in at your pleasure. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience.
Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Looking for a place to call home in Liverpool? Look no further than Anfield! This family-friendly neighbourhood is located on the main road into the city and is home to Stanley Park and Garden, as well as the world-famous Anfield Stadium, home of Liverpool FC Liverpool Football Club. There are plenty of small shops and eateries to be found in Anfield, as well as lots of parks and green spaces, making it the perfect place to call home. Everton Football Club in Goodison Park is just within walking distance from my home, making for an exciting matchday atmosphere! Only 20mins by car and 45mins via transport to the M&S Bank Arena!
You can catch the 20/21 or 310/345 Bus (next-door to The Chepstow) to get to Liverpool. Alternatively, the drive to the city centre is just 12-15 minutes away, depending on traffic conditions.
Services like UBER, Bolt and Gett are available to download and use in Liverpool.
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
