Please note that this is a zero-alcohol and zero-smoking property with quiet hours between 8pm and 8am.

Mossley Hill is a beautiful suburb of Liverpool close to Sefton Park and many Beatles-related tourist attractions such as Penny Lane.

The city centre is easily accessible by direct train from Mossley Hill Station (just a 5 minute walk from the house) or by car in ~15 minutes.
We would like to make you aware of the following policies which have been introduced to maintain a calm and enjoyable atmosphere at the house.

- Zero tolerance to alcohol: no alcohol can be stored or consumed on or nearby the property whatsoever
- Zero tolerance to smoking: no smoking on or nearby the property (including on the outside road or near neighbours' houses) whatsoever

If either of the above rules are broken, you will be asked to leave immediately and will forfeit your deposit and the remainder of your booking fee. The police will be called if you fail to leave.

Additionally please also note the following:
- No guests other than paying guests on the property whatsoever
- Quiet hours: 8pm to 8am. If you’re coming in late from a night out, please keep the noise down when you come back.
- No parties or groups whatsoever
- No candles, incense or anything lit
- Do not disconnect or tamper with the smart lock or the wifi.

In our experience, these policies ensure that guests and our own family can have a comfortable stay.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this Liverpool apartment.
