Welcome to our stunning brand new house in Liverpool, Merseyside.
Situated close enough to Central Liverpool, but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city centre.
Our property has been newly decorated during April and May 2025, everything inside. furniture, beds etc are all brand new! Be one of the first few guests to enjoy our fabulous property!

We welcome both short and long-term stays.
As you arrive to our property, you are able to park on the 2 allocated spaces immediately outside of the house.
For non-drivers, we are in walking distance to the airport (12 mins), but despite this there are no sound issues! We are also near the Hunts Cross train station, a leisurely walk.
Inside the house, downstairs, you will find:
- WC upon entry to the left
- Fully Equipped kitchen to the right, Includes integrated dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, gas cooker, oven, grill
- Other appliances: Microwave, kettle, toaster
- Equipped with: Tea, Coffee, sugar, herbal tea, basic herbs and spices.
- Ample cookware and dinnerware for a group of 6 +
Living Room - Large corner sofa, 2nd sofa, large 50 inch TV, dining table / 2 benches and 2 chairs

Upstairs:

Bedroom 1: 1 Double and 1 Single bed - overlooks the back garden

Bedroom 3: Overlooks the back garden - 1 Double Bed
