Staff was amazing however the first room they put me in stunk like cigarettes. They tried to accommodate me and put me in another room but that too smelled like cigarettes. Overall I needed a place to sleep for the night and it did the job. Just wish that the cleanliness would have been better.

The bacon and sausage were highly salty. They ran out of orange juice. There was no microwave or ice machine on the floor. No blackout curtains to keep the sunlight out when sleeping.

The staff was very nice as well as the lobby. However the elevator had a terrible smell and the hallways smelled like mold. The rooms were not overly clean and we had to go to a different floor for ice and then down to desk to get more towels because we only had 2 when we booked for 4. There is no mini fridge, no coffee maker and we had no WiFi. We were not told this ahead of time and when we asked at the desk they said they would be working on the internet over the next few weeks.

So it was a joy to find a place that was clean and not price gouging for parents weekend. That said, it feels like a remodel is kinda underway but they ran out of money. From the portable AC in our room, to the no shower curtain and the WiFi being free but no signal…. But the beds were decent. The rooms were clean enough.

This property should not be operational. We were told we would have a renovated room, and while it may have been painted, & possibly had some work done (evidenced by sheetrock dust on surfaces), it certainly was not nearly completed. Sat in the lobby several times during my 2 night stay & the continuous number of complaints coming to the front desk was almost unbelievable. The entire hotel was in poor condition & laden with all different issues (card key doesn’t work, shower leaking, no hot water, no AC available, filthy bathrooms, stained bedding & walls, no one at the front desk, etc.). The hotel was sorely understaffed & the owners should be ashamed at how they are operating it. We will not stay at this or any other Randolph House Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham ever again.
