Lovely hotel, quite noisy if you're at the front though. Bed and pillows very comfy. Breakfast just ok, coffee andchiuce we're awful, so could do with improvement. Friendly staff and the location is perfect for everywhere. Highly recommended

2/10 We were on a two night stay. Hotel looks lovely Housekeeping was a bit lacking on check-in we had floaters in the toilet and other items missing from the room The hotel is in between night clubs, if sleep is important this is not the hotel for you we were in room 513 premium balcony room, no sound proofing of secondary glazing it was as if we were in the middle of the night club till 3am Friday in to Saturday and on the second night Saturday in to Sunday went in till 5am then the bottle wagons and street cleaners started after this point Very disappointed due to no sleep which was a shame as room was lovey once sorted by housekeeping Breakfast was the best bit of the stay cooked to order great ingredients The ropewalks and hotels.com both do not inform customers of the lack of sleep and noise issues you are going to experience on any of there websites or platforms, ropewalks say is in a lively party of town but that to be doesn’t mean you will not get sleep.

Good hotel, located in Liverpool city centre, about 10 mins walk from Lime Street and the Waterfront. The hotel is further along Seel Street than I expected and the street is quite dark/poorly lit, which isn't great when arriving in the dark. Comfortable beds and a good choice at breakfast, but please note that some breakfast options (Bagels) have £2.50 surcharge. A few minor points: there was some chipped paint work and also some dust/cobwebs in the in the hard to reach places. The shower cubicle door didn't close properly, but this didn't cause too many issues.

Nice hotel and central location. Staff all very friendly. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel, as it was very noisy into the early hours when staying in a room at the front of the hotel.
