A spacious flat in a quiet residential area of Southport. There is free private parking for guests to use and we also provide free high-speed Wi-Fi. The flat is situated a short distance from all the attractions Southport has to offer including Pleasureland, Bird Spotting and the Lawn.

The flat is on the ground floor of a large victorian house, with three stones steps up to the front door. Brightly furnished and decorated, you'll find this flat a joy to stay in.

Park your vehicle in the free private parking and you'll see the ground floor flat with three steps leading to private front door.

You will enter into the spacious and modern kitchen where you'll find all items you need to prepare and eat a nice meal after a long day out in Southport. The kitchen includes, oven, stove top, toaster, microwave, kettle, some tea, coffee and milk (enough to get you started). There are lots of pans, silverware, cups, glasses and utensils for you to use.

There is a small space which contains the fridge, freezer, ironing board, iron, some games and a place to hang your coats.

There is an open plan spacious living room/dining room with comfy chairs, sofa, dining table, coffee table, TV and is brightly decorated. There is an additional single bed in the front room.

The bedroom is large and contains a massive comfy bed for you to sleep in. It also has a large wardrobe for your belongings, mirrors and dressing table.

There is a modern bathroom which has a spacious shower, toilet and sink.

The property has central heating and hot water provided by a combi-boiler.

To access the flat you will need to climb three stone steps (no hand rail) to get to the private door at the rear of the property. You'll have access to the whole of the flat an it's facilities during your stay.

We will provide a check-in code for the key-safe on the day of check-in if you've signed our terms and conditions, provided your photo ID and if required paid the security deposit depending on the platform you booked through.

We will not be on site, however, if the online guest book cannot answer your question, you can message us. If there is an emergency you will have access to our 24/7 emergency number. Remote check-in via a smart lock box, there is a Ring equivalent doorbell to monitor the number of guests checking into the property.

The flat is situated in a quiet residential area of Southport, where you'll be able to see all the amazing architecture and tree-lined avenues that make Southport picturesque.

Being in a residential area, the usual corner shops, pubs, restaurants and other businesses are all within a short distance for you to enjoy. The neighbourhood is close to a large supermarket and all the entertainment Southport offers, such as the beach, pier and theme parks.

If you're driving, Southport has plenty of car parks and it is well connected to the major road networks including the M58, M6, M565 and A59, meaning you can easily get to other locations in the North West such as Formby, Liverpool, Manchester, Preston and Blackpool.

Southport has great public transport links, including three train stations and regular bus/coach services which are all close to the flat.

There are a number of local taxi services in the area or Uber operates in Southport.
