Very quick & easy to check in. Staff polite & helpful with the query I had. Room was a good size, clean & well stocked with tea/coffee. Really quiet considering the hotel's location. Would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel in great location. Room was lovely and quiet. Despite following the instructions to reuse towels they were unnecessarily changed every day. I guess this allows them to appear green without being green.

It’s a minimalist hotel , no tissue boxes and no refrigerator in the room, but a great location in the center of the city, close to the stations, shopping and tourism. The supermarket is a 3 minute walk. The hotel is clean, safe and quiet, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have no bathtub but they have a large shower with a second massage handle. The best thing is a great complimentary breakfast, coffee, latte, cocoa, water, tea and fresh baked pastries. We borrowed a charging cable for free.

Great location, large clean rooms with high ceilings. It was helpful there was an ironing board and iron in every room as we were staying in Liverpool for a conference. Next to the shops and restaurants and everything was walkable from here. Additional bonus of hot drinks and fresh pastries in the morning! Good price. I’d recommend and would stay again!

Amazing for a pit stop

Such a luxury feel to a cute hotel right in the middle of the city. Everything needed within the building and a few minutes walk to the hub of the city. Great location and fabulous staff. Would definitely recommend and will return.
