original solid wood floorboards- freshly varnished

fully equipped kitchen (except theres no washing machine at the moment till I can get a counter top one due to no space for an under counter unfortunately

this is a brand new apartment just been set up and added to Airbnb and is my first of many to come hopefully

The sofa bed is a very small double bed and would only fit a child on, I wouldnt advise an adult to stay on the sofabed

Very good rental.Nice apartment in a pleasant neighborhood. Close to Lark Lane (good for brunch) and to Sefton Park and Princess Park.Good communication with the owner, who was able to answer our questions and prepare our arrival.
