Welcome to The 007 Houseboat, a floating home and one of the most unique places to stay in central Liverpool. Moored in the heart of the historic Coburg Dock, this exceptional floating retreat offers breathtaking views of the water from every single room — something truly found nowhere else in Liverpool.
The open-plan lounge is the standout feature, with double-height, floor-to-ceiling glass that floods the interior with natural light while placing you directly on the water. From here, doors open onto a private patio deck, perfect for relaxing by the marina, while upstairs a large deck provides an ideal space for entertaining, dining or simply watching the boats pass by. The houseboat is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with a modern kitchen providing all necessary cookware and utensils.
The accommodation is spread across three bedrooms and two bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. The sleeping arrangements include a king-size bedroom, a queen-size bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds and a double sofa bed in the communal living area. Every space benefits from waterfront views, with access to the rear deck from one of the bedrooms further reinforcing the feeling of being fully immersed in the marina setting.
Located adjacent to the Marina and Yacht Club, guests also have access to a nearby bar, restaurant and function suite with games and multiple HD TVs showing live sports, our guests also benefit from a 10% discount for all purchases.
