On the raised ground floor of a stunning wooden chalet, this charming apartment sleeps 4 people. It is close to the ski slopes and hiking routes, and makes the ideal retreat for alpine adventures at any time of year!

The owners have taken great care with the contemporary interiors, which combine natural elements such as wood and stone. The open-plan living/dining area is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a large flat-screen TV, a dining table and chairs. Large glass doors lead directly out onto a terrace which acts as an extension to the living area. The terrace enjoys panoramic mountain views. The outside dining area is ideal for meals al fresco and there are deck chairs where guests can relax in the fresh mountain air. Back indoors, the kitchen is at the rear of the living space. This smart, fitted kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle and fridge/freezer.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a large window and glass door onto the terrace. It has a double bed, drawers, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: This stunning, light-filled bedroom is on the corner of the building with dual aspect windows and a glass door leading out to the garden. It is furnished with twin joinable beds, a desk and a wardrobe.

Bathrooms
Bathroom 1: This en suite bathroom is beautifully tiled with different stones and is well-appointed with a glass shower, plus a basin, bidet and WC.
Bathroom 2: The other attractively tiled bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Location
The apartment is in the village of Teola, just a 5-minute drive from the center of Livigno. It is a peaceful spot but with great access to the ski slopes, where guests can ski in and out.

Livigno has multiple activities all year round. The resort has 2 great activity parks, the Mottolino Snowpark, a snowboarders’ paradise (5 min drive) and the Carosello 3000 park, (6 min drive). Here you can find a wide variety of things to do, both in winter and summer: children’s activities, night skiing, heli-skiing and paragliding.

In the summer months, Livigno is famous for its hiking, mountain bike trails and beautiful countryside including the famous Cascata della Val Nera waterfalls and picturesque mountain lakes. The area is home to 2 national parks Monte Motto and Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, and Larix Park – a woodland adventure park.

Linate Airport, Milan is a 3-hour and 5-minute drive whilst, Malpensa Airport, Milan is a 3-hour, 15-minute drive from the apartment.
