Terrible experience. The bathroom was disgusting. The property never responded or offered to change accommodations.
The shower is full of mold and in terrible conditions.
This property appears to have remodeled and non remodeled apartments. Apt 9 is not remodeled and on the third floor ( no elevator). The bath and bedroom ceilings slope and are dangerous for anyone over 6’. They claim it has three twin beds but it’s really two twins and a cot. This apt comes with no hand soap ( I’ve stayed in hotels in Cambodia and Laos that provide hand soap), no dish soap, no sponge or dish towel to clean dishes ( kitchen did have one hand towel. Kitchen did have basic dishes and pans but if you rent here make such you bring all basic kitchen and bath items ( salt /pepper, paper towels, condiments, sponge, hand soap and shampoo because they provide no extras. You get one roll of toilet paper ( no extra found) so you may want to bring it. Also check out time was 9:30! You have to go downtown to a business to get keys. It does have parking. There is a laundry and market very close.
The apartment was very well supplied. Everything I needed. Staff were very helpful. Snow was fantastic, skiing superb. I had a great time. And the duty free's. Wow!

Posto tranquillo ma la camera doveva essere vista montagna invece era rivolta all'interno.
Abbiamo trovato la camera, l'angolo cottura e il bagno perfettamente puliti. L'arredamento è un po' spartano e ha i suoi anni, inoltre c'erano poche grucce nell'armadio. La struttura è molto comoda ai mezzi. Il parcheggio è scoperto, non abbiamo usufruito del deposito sci.
Appartamento spazioso, luminoso e panoramico. Ben riscaldato. Ottimo per 5 persone. Unico problema la piastra per cucinare con soli 2 posti, un po' piccolo per una famiglia. Ottimo collegamento con i bus.
Residence ad un passo dal lago del gallo, vicino al centro, in posizione tranquillissima. Staff molto disponibile e discreto. Vista spettacolare, alloggio molto confortevole!

Hyvä hinta/laatusuhde! Bussit menevät suoraan edestä rinteisiin ja keskustaan. Illalla kun bussit lopettavat liikenöinnin niin pieni kävelymatka takaisin.
La soluzione ideale per stare in tranquillità con tutti i servizi a disposizione e punto di partenza per tante passeggiate nei pressi del lago. Comodissimo all'Aquagranda e poco distante dal centro. Il personale è gentile e disponibile; l'appartamento pulito, accogliente e essenziale, ma con tutto quello che serve per un pernottamento confortevole. Apprezzato il wifi gratuito e il giardino attrezzato.
Purtroppo, non posso dire di avere avuto una buona esperienza.
Ho soggiornato 3 giorni con la famiglia senza vedere nessuno se non l'addetta dell'agenzia che, contattata una responsabile che le ha riferito di aver lasciato le chiavi nell'appartamento, mi ha dato le indicazioni per arrivarci. Entrati in casa non funzionava una lampadina e la tv consentiva la visione dei soli canali RAI, il piano cottura (2 piastre) non era pulito e tanto meno le posate riposte nel cassetto. La porta del bagno (cieco con ventola) si chiudeva soltanto a chiave perché la maniglia era rotta, i rubinetti gocciolavano e c'erano due mezzi rotoli di carta igienica. Abbiamo contattato i responsabili e ci è stato detto che saremmo stati ricontattati telefonicamente se avessero avuto la possibilità di passare quel pomeriggio (avevamo detto di voler essere presenti al loro arrivo), diversamente ci saremmo visti il giorno dopo alle 9 (avremmo anche dovuto versare la cauzione) . Abbiamo atteso fino alle 9,30 senza vedere nessuno. E nessuno abbiamo visto i giorni successivi.
Alla nostra partenza ho lasciato un biglietto con le stesse osservazioni che sto esponendo qui e sono passata in agenzia a riferire della nostra esperienza. Pochi minuti dopo sono stata contattata da una gentilissima e disponibilissima signora che ha benevolmente accettato le mie critiche e mi ha ringraziato perché possono essere d'aiuto a migliorare la loro struttura. Ho apprezzato, ma ormai...ero già in macchina di ritorno verso casa.
