The apartment is on the raised first floor of a detached house, in a quiet, sunny area with stunning panoramic views. Access is via a staircase (no elevator). It features a double bedroom and a twin room, both with TV and bed linen, ideal for families or small groups.
The bathroom includes a bathtub, bidet, towels, and hairdryer. The living area offers a cozy lounge with sofa, dining table, TV, and a small balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and all essentials for self-catering.
