Welcome to the Libeccio Urban Suite, an exclusive loft on the third floor, located in the heart of the historic district of Livorno. No elevator and no air conditioning. This charming apartment is perfect for those who want to live an authentic experience in one of the most suggestive spots in the city, overlooking the picturesque canals of New Venice and with a spectacular view of the sea. A perfect retreat for a romantic getaway or a stylish business stay, able to accommodate up to 4 people. The loft, furnished with a modern and minimalist taste, offers a bright and welcoming environment thanks to the large windows that frame a breathtaking view of the old city and the canals. Downstairs you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you'll need to prepare delicious meals. The bedroom is located upstairs, an intimate and refined space with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom upstairs is equipped with a spacious shower, bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet. The sofa bed in the living room can comfortably accommodate two more people. The apartment is located in the most suggestive area of the city, a few steps from typical restaurants, characteristic bars and cultural attractions, with a spectacular view of the New Venice canals and the sea.
Self check-in with a smart lock, between 16:00 and 20:00. You receive the code once the online registration is complete, together with photos of the entrance and the stairs. Please complete the online registration before you travel. Italian law requires us to register every guest before entry. Third floor, no lift. Pack accordingly, and message us if you are arriving with heavy luggage so we can suggest the easiest route. In winter, the gas boiler is switched on once you are inside: instructions are in the flat and we are on chat if anything is unclear. Write to us any day from 9:00 to 20:00.
