This carefully renovated 19th century villa combines the rustic charm of tradition with the comforts of modern life. The villa exudes warmth, stone walls and 95% natural materials in which real Istrian wood and genuine Istrian stone were used. For complete enjoyment, a new and contemporary design 46 m2 swimming pool is available. The villa was completely renovated in 2025 down to the smallest detail and features a courtyard with a private swimming pool, a sundeck with deck chairs, a barbecue and an indigenous garden with vegetables and Mediterranean herbs. The villa ensures complete peace without noise and crowds in the surroundings of forests and untouched nature.
