Die freundliche Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist wirklich toll eingerichtet. Außergewöhnlich war für uns: das war das sauberste Ferienhaus, das wir jemals hatten, und es hat absolut nichts an Utensilien gefehlt - in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Terrasse ist zur Sonne hin ausgerichtet, schon beim Frühstück Sonne!

Wir waren schon mal sehr überrascht über den netten und herzlichen Empfang bei der Ankunft! Unsere Vermieterin war mit ihrer Tochter dort, hat uns alles gezeigt! Das Haus war sehr sauber und wirklich schön eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden! Die Terasse mit Liegestühlen und Dart usw. und die Wiese für unseren Hund, der wirklich nicht ausreissen konnte.Die Mutter unserer Vermieterin wohnt direkt nebenan. An sie konnten wir uns direkt wenden, wenn etwas war oder Elena anrufen. Unser Hund wurde auch stets mit einem Hundekeks von nebenan verwöhnt.Leider muss man zum Einkaufen oder Restaurantbesuch etwas weiter fahren. Das hat uns etwas gestört. Empfehlen würden wir für Strandbesuche die kleinen Strände und nicht den überlaufendenStrand in Medulin! So war auf jeden Fall unsere Erfahrung! Aber das muss jeder für sich herausfinden!Aber auf jeden Fall nochmals herzlichen Dank an Elena und ihre liebe Mama für einen schönen Urlaub!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll!Alles hat seinen Platz und es war mit Abstand die schönste und sauberste Wohnung, die wir bisher in Kroatien hatten. Hinzu kommt, dass Elena und ihre Familie uns ganz herzlich empfangen haben. Der eingezäunten Garten hat den Aufenthalt mit Hund ebenfalls deutlich entspannter gemacht, da man sie auch mal in Ruhe laufen lassen konnte. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist wirklich top. Wir waren schon einmal in der Nähe von Pula und lieben die Umgebung. An Hundestränden mangelt es in der Nähe nicht und wir würden immer gerne wiederkommen.Deshalb kann man nichts anderes als 5 Sterne geben. Wir waren wunschlos glücklich!

Das Ferienhaus liegt, neben 2 weiteren Häusern auf einem komplett umfriedeten Grundstück.

Das Ferienhaus liegt, neben 2 weiteren Häusern auf einem komplett umfriedeten Grundstück.Eins ist ebenfalls ein Ferienhaus, das andere wird von der Mutter der Vermieterin bewohnt. Die ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit ist. Auch die Vermieterin selbst ist super nett und immer ansprechbar. Wenn man einen Wunsch hat oder man doch etwas vermissen sollte, wird sofort für Abhilfe gesorgt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hundefreundlich. Unser Golden Retriever konnte sich frei auf dem Grundstück bewegen und hat sich " pudelwohl " gefühlt.Es gibt auch einen überdachten Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Das Haus und der Garten sind auch nochmal eingezäunt, sodass Hunde und Kinder sich frei bewegen können, ohne das man ständig ein Auge drauf haben muss. Der Zaun um den Garten hat auch einen Sichtschutz, sodass man sich frei bewegen oder auf der Terrasse sitzen kann, ohne das Gefühl zu haben beobachtet zu werden. An jedem Fenster und jeder Tür gibt es Fliegengitter mit festem Rahmen, damit Mücken und ähnliches Getier draußen bleiben. Eine Klimaanlage ist auch vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, die Räume und alles was sich darin befindet sehr, sehr sauber ( und ich bin pingelig). Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl.Bis auf die Küche, die nicht neu aber in einem sehr guten, gepfegten Zustand ist, sind alle Möbel nagelneu. Auch das Bad ist ganz neu ( 2024). Wir haben bisher noch kein Ferienhaus oder Wohnung gehabt, in der es soviel Geschirr, Besteck und Kochzubehör gab. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man auch zu Hause hat. Sogar Eiskelche, Wein, Bier und Schnapsgläser. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank mit 3 Schubladen und einen Sandwichmaker. Auch alles andere, wie Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, falls man etwas gewaschen hat, was gebügelt werden muss. Wäscheständer und Wäscheleine draußen sind auch vorhanden. Viele Kleinigkeiten wie Papier und Kugelschreiber, Tempos, Kotbeutel ( für Hundebesitzer), Alufolie, Backpapier, Frischhaltefolie uvm. Es war einfach alles da.Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank bereits mit Wasser, Bier, 1 Flasche Wein und Limo gefüllt. Selbst Eiswürfel waren im Gefrierschrank. Kaffee, Zucker und Milch für das erste Frühstück waren auch vorhanden. Auf dem Esstisch stand eine Schale mit verschiedenen Snacks. Die Tomaten, die im Garten wuchsen, durften wir uns auch pflücken. Alles war liebevoll hergerichtet und bereitgestellt, sodass man sich sehr willkommen und sofort wohl gefühlt hat. Im ganzen Haus und in jedem Schrank duftete es angenehm frisch. Mein Fazit, ein perfekt eingerichtet Ferienhaus mit der nettesten Gastgeberin inklusive der Mutter, die wir jemals kennengelernt haben.Wir können es ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder nach Sisan in dieses schöne Ferienhaus zurück.
