The property\'s expansive garden, which is lush with vibrant flowers and mature trees, completes this holiday haven where guests can reconnect with nature and provides the perfect backdrop for leisurely strolls and outdoor gatherings. Children can also enjoy a leafy playground featuring swings and a seesaw.

The carefully curated interior provides guests with everything they need for an enjoyable stay. The spacious, open-plan living space incorporates a kitchen/dining room and is furnished with a flat-screen TV and three comfortable sofas. The kitchen is fitted with: an induction hob, an American-style coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a fridge freezer and a large dining table.

Upstairs guests will find a games room furnished with table football and a pool table, the property also enjoys a gym, sauna and a jacuzzi.

Location

This property is situated in the small village of Šišan, situated near the eastern coast of the Istrian Peninsula. This area is known for its picturesque landscapes, Mediterranean climate and a rich cultural heritage influenced by both Italian and Croatian traditions.

The area around Šišan is characterised by its rolling hills, vineyards, olive groves, rugged coastline and crystal-clear seas. This makes it an attractive destination for those who enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, climbing, cycling, snorkelling, swimming or exploring nature reserves like Cape Kamenjak.

Cape Kamenjak is very near the pretty coastal village of Premantura (a 20-minute drive from the accommodation) and the whole area enjoys a variety of beautiful beaches, including Safari Beach, Pinizule Beach, and Skoljic Beach which are often less crowded than those in the larger resorts.

It is also possible to enjoy other activities including; diving, sailing, surfing, water skiing, canoeing, rowing, tennis, minigolf, riding and fishing (permit required). There is even an adventure park nearby, Adrenalin Park Medulin (a 15-minute drive) providing a fun day out with zip wires, tree top adventuring, archery and quad bikes all under the shade of a forest.

This area of the Istria peninsula has a rich history with traces of Roman, Venetian and Austro-Hungarian heritage in the local architecture. The coastal town of Pula with its Roman amphitheatre is a 20-minute drive away from the accommodation, the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Poreč a 50-minute drive and the medieval city of Pazin,

known for its castle is a 45-minute drive away – each destination offers a wide range of restaurants, amenities and entertainment options.

The closest airport to the accommodation is Pula (PUY), a 15-minute drive away
