New modern villa with private pool in MedulinVilla Nerina situated near the beach, is a remarkable modern villa that will leave little to be desired. The villa features a modern contemporary design and was decorated with a lot of love and attention to detail. Large windows as well as balcony doors make sure that a lot of natural lightning comes through. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living area that is connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, one bathroom with shower and one bedroom. The other tree bedrooms are located on the upper floor, all equipped with a double bed, TV and A/C unit. One of the four bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom for extra comfort. The outdoor area is equipped with sun loungers around the pool for relaxation, a dinning area and the BBQ where you can let your inner chef shine and prepare delicious meals for friends and family. All amenities are at walking distance from the villa.
