Dear Damian, Firstly, we appreciate the time you took to write your insightful review of your recent stay at Galeria River. While we are glad that you found some aspect of your stay, such as location and the view from the room, to your liking, we are deeply sorry for not exceeding your expectations. Room number 2 has the best view of the castle and the river because there are 2 big windows in the room. It's located near the reception area so some sounds can be heard in the room. We wish you would mention this problem to our receptionist because we also have Double rooms with a river view located on the first and second floor of the building, far away from the reception area. We wish that you would have mentioned that to us sooner. That way we could find a solution for the remaining part of your trip. In the bathroom we also provide small bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We will definitely take your words under consideration and we promise, that if you ever decide to visit us again, we can promise that your stay will be more comfortable and pleasant.
