We were very please, how the hotel staff were extremely kind and supportive. Hotel facilities were very good, but room facilities need improvement. The mattress was bit noisy whenever you turn around and bathroom fan was not working. Yes, we recommend Eurostars hotel for stay.

Great hotel, good breakfast. Only downside is you have to book the pool and it’s always full of whining little kids, which should be banned after a certain hour, so adults can enjoy in peace. Staff were awesome and the room was huge. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely staff and really central location but just pay extra to stay somewhere nicer. Decor is extremely old and tired, cockroaches near lift on 2nd floor and the design of the shower made no sense. Doors need slow close hinges, all you can hear is doors slamming all morning and night. Don’t recommend

Lovely hotel, and very central location

Lovely hotel in an excellent and very central location. The room eas newly refurbished and had a great view of the castle (705). The only issue was with the A/C in the room, which had a mind of it's own and therefore disrupted my sleep. It wouldn't set to what I pressed, and also couldnt turn it off. The people in the next room had the same issue, so maybe a teething trouble with new kit.

City visit to Ljubljana

The hotel's location was perfect for our stay in Ljubljana. The hotel is not super-new (the room felt a bit old), but everything was very well organized. We liked the breakfast. The room was very clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay, and if we need to go back to Lubljana again in the future, we will stay here again

Great place to stay.

Great hotel overall. Excellent location, comfortable room, very nice pool and sauna. There is a car rental office at hotel and underground parking. Helpful staff. Definitely recommend. Rooms are big.

The toilet was broken at check in. The TV's are over 10 years old. They admit that you are staying in a Soviet style hotel, that is not up to date in some ways.
