This is one of my worst experiences ever with a hotel. The space is basically a scam, with most things under construction, unsanitary conditions, no drapes (with sunrise here at like 4:00am). I felt that if I slept in one of the super dirty spaces, I would have catched an eye infection. No staff to help, but only a chat on WhatsApp that never replied. No Wifi. The place was so unacceptable that I am requesting a full refund and for the place to be dropped from Hotels.com. For the price, you can find better and closer to the city centre.

Although we knew this was a hostel, we booked this because the pictures looked quite OK. We, 2 grownups and 2 kids were extremely disappointed about the premmisis. We had 2 of te little houses outside, when we walked in we walked into a spider web, there were quite some holes in the wall, and located 2 meters next to the "terrace" What really made us decide to leave was the smelly not flushed toilets I guess kind of fine when your young and don't have money, although I would wouldn't go there, but a very wrong choice for us and again, very different then the pictures. In the end we didn't even stay, we left and booked a studio somewhere else in Ljubljana center, for the same price which was really perfect! Unfortunately we paid for both locations.
