Welcome to this cozy little cottage in Ljungskile, Bohuslän, where the community's slogan is "Where the mountain meets the sea". The kitchen is of basic standard connected to the living room. There is a double sofa bed and a bed for a child under 12 years old in the living room. In the bedroom, which is separated by a curtain, there is a double bed. Next to the bedroom there is the bathroom with a washing machine. Outside there is a lovely terrace and a well-maintained lawn. Carport for one car included.
To see and do in Ljungskile and the surrounding area
The holiday home is located at the edge of the forest where the moose family can sometimes be seen. Close to many fine fishing and bathing lakes. In Ljungskile there are restaurants, cafes and shops to explore. The small community is also nearby the sea bay. Tips for swimming spots are Ulvön, Lyckorna Kungsparken and Saxenhof.
It is about 10 km. to Lilla Edet and Göta Älv, known throughout Europe for its unique salmon fishing. If you prefer salty waves, it is no more than 4 km. to the Bohus coast, with lovely granite cliffs and fresh baths. The area is rich in berries and mushrooms. It’s must to visit to beautiful Uddevalla and a relaxing walk along the promenade that stretches out to the cold bath house in Gustavsberg, one of Sweden's oldest seaside resorts. At one of western Sweden's largest shopping centers, Torp, you will find goods for the whole family at very good prices.
