Just down the road you will find the village of Harlech with its shops, cafes, leisure centre, golf course and the imposing UNESCO world heritage site, Harlech Castle. Bustling Barmouth is also only a short distance away and has many eating, shopping and recreational facilities. Enjoy the beach and dunes, take a walk along the promenade or indulge in some fish and chips. An iconic feature of the town is Barmouth Bridge, a 150-year-old railway viaduct across the Mawddach Estuary. It is half a mile in length and has access suitable for pedestrians and cyclists. Nantcol waterfalls are just 2 miles away from the apartment towards the Rhinog mountains and offer a perfect place for a family picnic by the stream.

All in all, a fantastic location to explore this area of the Snowdonia National Park.
