Going downstairs, there is a lounge-dining room and kitchen and terrace with outdoor furniture. The lounge-dining room has a dining table and 4 chairs, sofa, coffee table, TV, decorative fireplace and doors leading to the terrace. Kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee capsule machine, toaster, kettle and tableware.
The outside areas include a long terrace with outdoor furniture - sofa, armchairs, low table, parasol - and spectacular views. Upstairs, connecting the apartment with the street, is a second terrace with a table and 4 chairs.
