Das Objekt hat eine wunderbare Dachterrasse mit einem Blick in die Bucht von Llanca. Die Terrasse liegt von morgens bis spät nachmittags in der Sonne (die Teilüberdachung bietet auch Schattenplätze).Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll mit Schiffsaccessories dekoriert. Einige Möbel (zB Sofa) sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollten auf Dauer erneuert werden. Gleiches gilt für die Gardinen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, jedoch fehlen einige wenige wichtige Utensilien (Schneidebrett, Wasserkocher, Espressokocher...) , während andere (Mixer, Filterkaffeemaschine, Toaster ....) 2-3-fach vorhanden sind. Das größere Schlafzimmer hat einen direkten Dachterrassenzugang.Die Wohnung hat einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Der Platz neben neben unserem war zum Glück nicht belegt. Die TG ist recht eng. An der Straße sind auch freie Parkplätze. TG zur Wohnung: 3 Etagen ohne Fahrstuhl.Die Terrasse ist umlaufend mit wunderschönen Blumentöpfen bestückt (siehe Bild in der Anzeige). Auch ist eine automatische Bewässerung vorhanden. Wenn diese aber nicht aktiviert ist, sterben die Pflanzen ab. Bei uns war die Hälfte der Pflanzen vertrocknet. Die Bepflanzung wäre ein optisches Highlight gewesen.Fußweg in den Ort: ca. 30 min. Dort findet man viele Restaurants (bis hin zu 2-Sternen). Von Llanca aus kommt man schnell zur Autobahn und zu vielen schönen Orten in der Umgebung. Auch ein Abstecher nach Frankreich ist zu empfehlen. Nächster Strand von der Wohnung: rd. 500 m zu Fuß am Meer entlang.

Séjour à Fane de Baix Llançà

Séjour extraordinaire ! L’appartement est formidable, conforme à l’annonce. La terrasse est magnifique où nous avons pu profiter de la vue magnifique sur la mer avec les levers et couchers de soleil merveilleux !!! Tout était parfait !!!! Idyllique !!!!

Appartement très bien situé et très bien équipé ( matériel cuisine) proche des plages et des criques à pieds, proche Gr46 pour ballade à vélo. Lit d'appoint inconfortable, à revoir. Pas de clim dans la chambre enfant. Terrasse immense avec vue magnifique sur la mer !

El apartamento y sus vistas son excepcionales pero falta limpieza y orden. El sofá desgastado, sucio. Los cojínes llenos de manchas. Mucho polvo en todas las figuras de decoración.

El apartamento está muy bien pero muy recargado a nivel de decoración... En la cocina había muchos cacharros, 2 cafeteras 2 tostadoras,los armarios llenos de ollas y sartenes ,cazos y demás,todo desordenado y no había ningún armario libre para poder poner la comida que llevamos...por lo demás todo estupendo.

La terrassa amb vistes, el porxo, la plaça d’aparcament, el proper cami de ronda, la piscina i la proximitat a la platja us permetràn gaudir d’uns dies amb moltes possibilitats. L’únic inconvenient, si no estas en forma: les 3 plantes entre el garatge i l’acces a l’allotjament.

Nos ha gustado mucho, tiene vistas al mar muy cerca, hemos visto el sol salir y la luna llena reflejada en el mar. Esta muy bien equipado, no nos ha faltado nada, excepto que los colchones son un poco blandos para nuestro gusto. La entrega de llaves y la salida del apartamento ha sido perfecta, nos dejamos las llaves dentro y enseguida lo solucionaron. Son muy amables, gracias por todo.

Gran terraza para no tener que salir nunca

Un apartamento genial, con una terraza de 75 metros con vistas alucinantes del Mediterráneo. Desayunos, comidas y cenas memorables. Por dentro es más que correcto. Está muy decorado con motivos de mar, quizás algo excesivo, pero es bonito. Además está muy bien equipado. Lavavajillas, lavadora, 2 televisiones planas, aire acondicionado y una cocina con mucho menaje. La zona comunitaria es muy bonita con una piscina encantadora, con cesped y con un olivo de cuento. Encima abren de 8 a 24h.

Belle terrasse spacieuse avec vue panoramique. Intérieur confortable. Accès à différentes plages par le chemin de ronde à proximité. Piscine très bien entretenue. Petit bémol : la route qui passe au-dessus de la résidence mais la circulation est peu dense. Seulement 3 transats pour une location prévue pour 4/5 personnes.
