Lounge-dining room with decorative fireplace and French windows leading to the balcony outside which goes around the front and side of the building, with beautiful views of the sea and coast.

3 double bedrooms with single beds, separate or together. 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, and a second separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside on the terrace there is outdoor furniture: table and chairs, sun loungers.

Free parking space in the grounds. Communal washing machine in the laundry room (shared with the apartment downstairs).
