Grifeu 14 - Apartment with terrace and garden

The apartment has a large open-plan lounge-dining area with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV, fireplace, a long wooden table and chairs and French doors leading to the big terrace with outdoor furniture and views of the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, mini oven-grill, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and tableware and a small table.

There are 3 double bedrooms: two of them have two single beds and access to the outside balcony, and the third bedroom has a double bed. 1 bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Outdoor area includes a communal garden, with trees.
