Excellent location for those who like the beach, which is just 200 metres away. The apartment is 400 metres from the town centre and the shops. Large terrace with beautiful sea views. Spacious, well-kept communal garden with pool.
You go up some steps to the apartment which is on one floor but with two different levels, and has a terrace. There is an open-plan lounge-dining room with sofa-bed, sofa, armchairs, TV, table, chairs and cupboards, with French windows leading to the terrace. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender and tableware.
On the second level, three steps higher, is the sleeping area with 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. There is 1 bathroom with a bath, toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Fantastic half-covered terrace outside, with table, chairs, sun shade and sun loungers. Beautiful panoramic views of the sea and coast.
