It is located in Port de Llançà, 600 metres from the Port beach and 350 metres from La Farella beach, close to the centre and restaurants and shops.

The different rooms of the apartment are arranged on a single floor and there is a large very sunny terrace upstairs on the roof which you get to via a staircase in the main bedroom. Going into the apartment, there is an open-plan space with the kitchen and lounge-dining room which has large French windows giving lots of natural light. The kitchen has a small side bar with two chairs and has all the utensils and appliances you will need. In the lounge-dining room there is a table with 4 chairs, sofa, TV, coffee table and direct access to a small balcony with views of the town and the mountains.

There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes. The main bedroom has a staircase leading up to the sun terrace. 1 full bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The sun terrace is very well equipped with table, chairs, sofa, sun loungers and an awning to provide shade. It has spectacular views of the town, the mountains and the sea. The ideal place for relaxing and enjoying a wonderful time with family or friends.
