Situated right on the seafront, along the Port de Llançà beach promenade, very close to the shops, restaurants and leisure activities in the area. Terrace with beautiful views of the sea, the beach and Llançà port.

The apartment is on one floor and has several rooms and a terrace. Bright and comfortable lounge-dining room, with TV, armchairs and sofas, wooden round table and chairs, cupboards and French windows leading to the terrace outside. From here you reach the other rooms. Old-style kitchen, equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender and tableware.

2 double bedrooms with double beds, one of them with direct access to the balcony outside. 1 bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a storage room, iron and ironing board, and a washing machine.

Outside terrace with outdoor furniture - table, chairs and sun loungers. Fantastic views of the promenade and beach of Llançà Port.

Das Appartement an sich schön und mit bester Lage und super Ausblick Die Agentur hingegen bucht mehrmals Sachen ab Die schon mit inklusive waren Zb das wir 3 Personen waren … Das das Apparrment nicht sauber hinterlassen wurde … wir hatten ein Müllbeutel in der Küche gelassen und ein paar leere flachsen auf dem Tisch und unsere benutzen Handtücher natürlich … ein no Go …
