Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, fan, and washing machine. A cot is also available. Enjoy a private outdoor area with pool, garden, open and covered terraces, chill-out zone, and barbecue.



The property is just 200 meters from the beach. There is one parking space on the property and three more in the garage. One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted. Security cameras and audio recording devices are installed. There is parking for motorcycles and bicycles, as well as energy-efficient lighting. The villa offers convenient self check-in.



Please note that government water regulations during your stay may affect use of the pool, garden irrigation, or limit tap water use. No parties or loud noise after 10:00 pm. A staff member may visit during your stay for occasional pool or garden maintenance.
