Views from our room no6 were excellent. Room was very clean but needed freshening up. Bathroom sink would not stay full as plug needed sorting and we thought the sink was too big for the space in the room. I reported that the television sound was also defective and needed sorting. The staff were very helpful and friendly and always very pleasant. Great shopping in the town just round the corner. We thought the breakfast was excellent and the service was also great. We would recommend the hotel to our friends and family but would say it does need a little work here and there.

This hotel was in an ideal position for all the local amenities and attractions. The pier is 50yds away, the shops started approximately the same distance away with the Orme 'just round the corner.' The rooms were spacious and modern. The staff were very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. The only downside to this hotel is the parking. There is limited parking around the back of the hotel (at £10 per day) or you can take your chance at the roadside In front of the hotel. The hotel gives you a permit to park for free but the spaces are not reserved so once you move your car, you take pot luck on whether there is a space for you when you come back. Overall though, Ok can highly recommend this hotel.
