Good old fashioned hospitality

Grateful for parking on site. Breakfast was perfect. Room adequate for my needs (shower not the best but ok). Abbie (and Pete) on the bar at night were very hospitable to myself and a large group of regulars. Made my hotel stay quite enjoyable

Nice seafront hotel

A nicely presented seafront stay in Llandudno. Staff were very pleasant at all tines from reception, bar staff and breakfast / dining room staff. Nice bar and reasonable prices. Nice buffet breakfast which is good value for money. Good value for money overall.

Great location, on promenade shops all around, train station 5 minutes away around the corner, hotel was nice staff helpful friendly breakfast was plenty to choose ,cooked , cereal, tea coffee, , room nice clean but a bit draft by window, , but would recommend your out all day , bar for drinks reasonable, recommend go to Conway , on train not far see smallest house , great day lovely place

Scaffolding around the hotel gets more each visit and it’s been there for years but nothing being done. Hotel is generally quite shabby but the staff are lovely. Pool is okay but no changing rooms or toilets available. Opted for the small double but oh dear. The shower room/toilet was so small I couldn’t even brush my hair without the door open. Approx 2 ft 6 in wide by about 6 ft. Shall not opt for this again.
