SPACIOUS Two Bed WELSH Cottage in the Foothills of Snowdonia NORTH WALES

You will simply fall in love with this elevated, double fronted, spacious x2 double bedroomed cottage with recently modernised kitchen and bathroom facilities! What makes this property stand out is where it is placed....close to many nearby attractions and amenities and there is something for all the family. However, if you just want a quiet time away for a retreat, you can have that here too. Set in in a friendly village with a highly rated local pub and restuarant on your doorstep. What we love about this property is it's convenient location as well lovely distant rural views from the lounge and bedrooms which are great to wake up to. There is a small sun trap yard to the rear which is very private and a lovely front garden area for your coffee at the bistro set in the morning where you can enjoy the fabulous views! The area is great for rural walks and close enough for the beech by car as well as nearby areas of Conwy, Llandudno, Rhos on Sea and much more to explore by car should you so wish. The Snowdon mountain range can be seen in the distance upon approach to the village via Gloddeath Lane and is approx a 30 min drive to get to. You could also explore Llanwrst where they do the best jam and cream scones at Tyr Hont e Bont plus a visit to Betwys e Coed as well at the Menai Strats and Beaumaris are also not to be missed!

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
After booking the property, I received feedback from the host on the day we were scheduled to arrive, that the house was not actually available. I still have not received a refund and it is very difficult to get in touch with Expedia to rectify the situation.
